Call Centre Agent (sales)
Job Description
Minimum Requirements:
A valid Matric certificate or the equivalent NQF level.
3+ years previous experience in the same role
Previous work experience within call center environment required
Customer service orientated
High levels of attention to detail and accurate reporting
Able to follow instructions effectively
Good communication skills in English (read, write, speak)
