Job Description

We are looking for a Call Center Representatives that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidates will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Positions recommended for Matriculants, Entry level Applicants or career beginners.

Agents will be tasked to

Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints. Researching required information using available resources. Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.
