What You'll Do:

In this key role, you'll be the one to help individuals find their way out of debt. You'll use various communication channels like phone, SMS, WhatsApp, and email to connect with debtors in a respectful, "Adult to Adult" manner. Your main goal will be to skillfully negotiate manageable payment plans and implement effective solutions that empower people to resolve their financial obligations.

Tech-savvy:

Proficient with collections software and general computer systems.

Equipped with strong business acumen and exceptional communication skills to engage customers effectively.

Proven in conflict management and dispute resolution, capable of maintaining a 98% call quality adherence, and thriving under pressure.

Goal-Driven:

A results-oriented professional with a passion for achieving targets, excellent time management, and the resilience to overcome challenges.

Self-Led:

Disciplined, proactive, and a natural at inspiring those around you.

Must-Haves:

A Grade 12 certificate. At least 1 year of debt collections experience. A solid understanding of the

Debt Collectors Act

and

POPI compliance

.

Debt Council registration

is a significant advantage.

Basic Salary:

R5500
