Job Description

The Call Center Sales Agent is responsible for handling outbound calls to promote, sell, and upsell company products or services. The role focuses on meeting sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound sales calls. Present, promote, and sell products or services using approved sales scripts and techniques Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales in the CRM system Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively Follow company policies, compliance standards, and call quality guidelines Participate in training, coaching, and performance improvement activities

Qualifications and Skills:



Matric Proven experience in sales and call center Excellent communication and active listening skills Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems Positive attitude, resilience, and strong work ethic
