About the Role:

Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales? Join our dynamic call centre team and help clients find the right short-term insurance solutions. As a Call Centre Sales Agent, you'll play a key role in driving revenue, building customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to inbound inquiries. Conduct needs analysis and recommend suitable insurance products. Provide accurate and compliant advice in line with FAIS regulations. Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activity. Ensure full disclosure of product features, costs, and exclusions. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12 (essential) FAIS accreditation & RE5 certificate (or willingness to work under supervision) 1-2 years' experience in a call centre sales role Experience in short-term insurance (advantageous) Computer literacy (MS Office & CRM systems) Proven track record of meeting sales targets
