  • Minimum 1year Inbound Technical Support experience
  • Experience answering incoming phone calls and ticketing systems.
  • Experience working in the tech industry or for a SaaS company.
  • Open to schedules that may include weekends, holidays, and nights.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to remain calm when dealing with a difficult customer.
  • Ability to deal with complex queries.
  • Ability to type 20wpm with max 5 errors.
  • Effective listening and questioning skills.
  • Natural conversational ability
  • Computer literacy and the ability to multitask.
  • Managed multiple clients successfully.
  • Experience collaborating across multiple functions or teams.
  • Ability to sell or negotiate at all decision-making levels.
