Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
Assist customers with queries, complaints, billing, and service-related issues
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently
Capture customer information and update system records
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
Maintain a high level of professionalism and follow company procedures
Requirements:
Minimum of
3-6 months call center experience
(unless you want it different)
Excellent communication skills in English (add other languages if needed)
Matric / Grade 12 certificate
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Must be punctual, reliable, and goal-driven
