Job Description

Join our dynamic team at VirtuHire as a Call Center Agent! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inbound inquiries and making outbound calls. Your excellent communication skills will contribute to customer satisfaction and drive our mission of providing top-notch service.

This position requires you to work on-site from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM SAST.



Requirements:



As a Call Center Agent at VirtuHire, you will be responsible for:

Handling incoming and outgoing calls efficiently and professionally. Cold calling Providing accurate information and support to customers. Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Achieving performance targets and earning incentives based on your success.

Key Qualifications:



Proficient verbal communication skills with a clear phone voice. At least 1 year working as a call center agent. Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Passion for helping others and a commitment to exceptional service.
