What You'll Do

Actively hunt for and qualify businesses that need finance. Build strong connections over the phone with business decision-makers. Manage and grow your pipeline using our CRM and database. Consistently meet activity targets and deliver results. Represent our brand as part of a professional, high-performing team.
What You Bring

Proven call centre or B2B sales experience (insurance sales a strong advantage). Confidence, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment. A self-starter mindset -- you don't wait for opportunities, you create them. The ambition to grow and eventually carve out a career in the business finance sector.
