What You'll Be Doing:

As a Call Centre Agent, you'll play a crucial role in engaging with clients in a telesales environment. You'll be the voice that represents our brand--offering support, providing product knowledge, and creating a top-tier customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Communicating with clients via phone in a professional and engaging manner. Meeting and exceeding sales targets. Resolving customer queries and issues effectively. Accurately logging calls and maintaining records.

What We're Looking For:

Completed Matric/Grade 12 certificate (essential)

Previous call Centre or telesales experience essential

Fluent in English/Afrikaans and an African language

Excellent communication and time management skills

Strong customer service orientation
