About Play By Nature:
Play By Nature is a unique kids play cafe that provides play-based learning and fun through facilitated sessions in a safe, welcoming environment. Our spaces are designed to encourage creativity, curiosity, and connection. During the week and weekends, we host play sessions, art based creative sessions and on weekends we transform into a vibrant venue for birthday parties and family-style events.
Role Overview:
The Cafe & Venue Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the cafe and manage the coordination of private events at our venues. This is a hands-on, team-based role requiring strong leadership, excellent customer service, and effective operational and administrative skills. The manager will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for families, children, and clients while ensuring smooth cafe operations and successful event delivery.

Experience:
Restaurant or venue management: 3 years (Preferred)
Language:
English & Afrikaans (Preferred)
