My client based in Centurion is looking for a junior CAD Technician and Training Support individual to join their dynamic team.
Description
The CAD Trainer and Support Technician will be responsible for delivering tailored training programs on Bentley software; MicroStation (not limited to), and inhouse software, creating instructional materials, and conducting workshops to enhance client competency. They will serve as the primary technical support contact, troubleshooting software issues, assisting with installations and configurations, and ensuring SLA compliance. The role involves both onsite and remote client engagement, including periodic visits for proactive issue resolution and SLA reviews. Additionally, they will maintain detailed documentation of training sessions and support activities while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by staying updated on software advancements and industry best practices. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential, along with the flexibility to travel as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- CAD Certification
- 2+ years' experience utilizing CAD software
- National Senior Certificate
- Bentley MicroStation or AutoCAD will be an advantage.
