Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and driven Control & Instrumentation (C&I) Engineer to join our engineering team and contribute to the successful delivery of complex, high-value projects.
Role Summary:
As a C&I Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing control and instrumentation systems. You'll work on everything from initial concept and specification to installation, commissioning, and ongoing support, ensuring systems meet technical and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and specify control and instrumentation systems, including PLCs, DCS, SCADA, and field instrumentation
• Prepare technical documentation, including control philosophies, loop diagrams, and datasheets
• Select, configure, and calibrate instruments (pressure, flow, temperature, etc.)
• Participate in project planning, system integration, testing, and commissioning
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards (IEC, BS, ISA), and functional safety requirements
• Work collaboratively with electrical, mechanical, and process engineers
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support to clients or internal teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Control, Electrical, Instrumentation Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience in C&I engineering (industrial, manufacturing, or energy environments preferred)
• Strong understanding of process control systems and instrumentation principles
• Experience with PLC/DCS platforms (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, ABB, Honeywell)
• Familiarity with HAZOP, SIL assessments, and functional safety standards (IEC 61508/61511)
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills
• Good communication and documentation abilities
