Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:




Ensuring the standards and best practices in by-elections are maintained by: Assisting with administration tasks related to by-elections Arranging meetings and preparing meeting minutes Producing and circulating daily reports Preparing detailed design briefs Liaising with internal and external stakeholders Providing support to the department

Minimum requirements:




National Senior Certificate or equivalent Experience in an administrative role Computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Zoom
