The purpose of this role is to provide operational leadership that ensures Buyers Trust delivers on its growth ambitions by building scalable, efficient, and compliant operational systems. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and continuously improving daily operations in a fast-evolving environment, enabling the business to deliver solutions that are valuable to customers, simple to use, and feasible to implement. This role is critical in driving execution, managing operational risk, and fostering a culture of excellence and adaptability in a business that is both entrepreneurial and impact-driven.
