Job Description
Job Summary Solid sourcing Strategies, build effective supplier relationships: Purpose: Set up and maintain the procurement and replenishment functions through developing and implementing purchasing strategies and regular benchmarking of all purchasing categories to achieve market price, exceed performance targets and contribution of the categories to Group performance (competitiveness, innovation, quality and risk management, follow-up of category KPI's). Implement strategies designed in collaboration with global category teams to ensure total compliance with all Group policies and to take responsibility for the defined purchasing budget. This will also require the supervising of replenishment function for indirect spend categories Requirements: Diploma, in Supply Chain, Procurement - would be to your advantage. Computer literate - MS Office - ADVANCED 3 or more years operational experience in a Supply Chain Identify which goods and services the company needs. Submit purchase request. Assess and select vendors. Negotiate price and terms. Create a purchase order. Receive and inspect the delivered goods. Conduct three-way matching. Approve the invoice and arrange payment. This person needs to be experienced and have worked with in the civils industry preferably. Perform market research, evaluate vendors, solicit bids, negotiate contracts, purchase what we need and integrate the delivery of those services or goods into the project. Salary Negotiable depending on experience
