JOYA BRANDS is looking for a dynamic, and ambitious individual to join the Procurement Department.
Location: Atlantis - Western Cape
Reporting to: Procurement Manager
Requirements of the Role:
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Loading POs, managing delivery of the right product, right quality, right price, right quantity and right place.

• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials.

• Ensure supplier pricelists are well maintained and accurate pricing updated on POs.

• Make certain of PO prices and invoice accuracy.

• Support the Procurement Manager to negotiate improved terms and pricing with suppliers.

• Assist the Procurement Manager to manage and build strong supplier relationships.

• Assist the Procurement Manager with identifying and sourcing new products and potential suppliers.

• Communicate weekly data reports to suppliers and internal stakeholders.

• Collaborate with production planning team to meet sales forecast.

• Support the Procurement Manager with market research on latest industry trends.

• Support the business (Operations, Marketing and Sales team) in delivering a world class customer experience.

• Support the Procurement Manager in daily tasks and updates.

Requirements of the Role:
Qualification:

• Grade 12

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management or Logistics

Experience:

• Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in the Procurement.

• Excellent organisational skills

• Proactive and able to work efficiently and independently.

• Strong data comprehension to inform decisions, identify root cause and resolve problems.

• Comfortable with change and an excellent team player

• Strong communication skills

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

• Strong relationship management

• Experience working on SYSPRO/Evolution/SAP ERP systems.
