Oversee day-to-day household operations, including staff supervision and residence upkeep.
Provide personal assistant and valet services, such as packing, concierge duties, and guest care.
Manage formal dining and service for VIP guests, including table setting, event planning, and food & beverage service.
Handle inventory, purchasing, and storage of household goods, groceries, flowers, and fine artefacts.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the residence.
Coordinate and manage household budgets, stock reconciliations, and staff schedules.
Ensure security and maintenance matters are addressed in line with company expectations. Handle administrative duties including staff attendance registers, meeting minutes, menu planning, and stocktakes. Welcome guests and ensure their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Follow all instructions from management and report regularly on household operations.
