Job Summary Duties and responsibilities
- Table settings
- Assisting the chef with food prep
- Serving of all meals
- Serving drinks
- Organizing activities
- Opening the doors
- Greeting guests
- Taking care of all guestsxe2x80x99 needs
- Managing and supervising the housekeeping staff
- Assist with FOH (front of house) at the lodge when we have no villa guests (FOH = liaising with guests / serving meals and beverages / porter / hosting etc)
- Must have solid luxury lodge / villa experience
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Have a passion for working with people and excellent guest interactive skills
- Oversees the general operation of the villa
- Perfect command of English
- Formal training (butler school)
- Experience in formal service
- Good knowledge of wines and spirits
- Ability to provide formal service
- Flexible
- Driverxe2x80x99s license preferable
