Business Testing Lead

Job Description
Our client is looking to appoint a skilled Business Test Lead with solid experience in manual, automation, functional, and regression testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Supply Chain, Logistics, Retail, or FMCG industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage testing activities to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and cases across manual and automated testing
- Oversee functional and regression testing aligned to business requirements
- Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, developers, and analysts
- Provide leadership and mentorship to testing teams
- Identify risks and drive continuous improvement in testing processes
- 5 to 6 years' hands-on experience in testing (manual, automation, functional, regression)
- Proven experience within Supply Chain, Logistics, Retail, or FMCG sectors
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices
- Experience with automation tools is advantageous
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
- Relevant testing certifications (e.g., ISTQB) preferred
