The Business systems support agent is an entry-level role focused on providing essential technical assistance and support to users within an organization. This role serves as an excellent starting point for individuals looking to build a career in business system administration or development and related
fields. The Business systems support agent will work closely with the Business Technology team of developers to resolve user issues, assist with data management, and ensure the smooth operation of all the various platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities but not limited:
User Support
Assist users with day-to-day inquiries and issues,
including login problems, navigation, and basic troubleshooting within SLA.
Escalate more complex issues to senior personnel or 3rd parties when necessary.
Drive completion of support cases within SLA.
Log and track user-reported issues and resolutions in a ticketing system.
Follow up with users to ensure issue resolution and user satisfaction.
Data Entry and Maintenance
Help maintain data integrity by performing routine data entry, data cleansing, and deduplication tasks.
Assist in data imports and exports as directed by senior team members.
Documentation and Training
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of user guides and documentation.
Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of the various business solutions' features and functionality.
Basic Configuration and Customization:
Assist in basic configuration tasks such as creating fields, workflows, and reports under the guidance of senior team members
