Job Description
Software Development Lifecycles:
- Apply a deep understanding of software development lifecycles to analyze, design, and optimize business processes.
- Analyze and comprehend call center workflows and collection workflows.
- Demonstrate expertise in process engineering and workflow design.
- Develop comprehensive user stories and use case designs to capture business requirements.
- Possess a strong understanding of object-oriented programming languages, including C#, Delphi, and NodeJs.
- Proficient in working with MS SQL for data analysis and database management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users and IT teams, to gather and understand requirements.
- Bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.
- Create detailed documentation for business processes, user stories, and use cases.
- Ensure clear and concise communication of requirements to development teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
- Strong understanding of call center workflows, collection workflows, process engineering, workflow design, user stories, and use case design.
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages such as C#, Delphi, and NodeJs.
