Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
Design system workflows, data models, and integration points to support development initiatives.
Create technical documentation including system diagrams, process flows, and data mappings.
Collaborate with software developers and engineers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
Evaluate existing systems, identify areas for improvement, and recommend technical solutions.
Support testing and validation to ensure system functionality meets business and technical expectations.
Conduct impact analysis for system changes and assist in planning upgrades or enhancements.
Provide support and technical insight during implementation and post-deployment phases.
Maintain documentation repositories and ensure version control for system designs.
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
3-5 years' experience in systems analysis or technical business analysis.
Strong understanding of software development principles and SDLC methodologies.
Proficiency in creating technical diagrams using tools
Experience in documenting APIs, data structures, and process flows.
Working knowledge of databases, system integrations, and application logic.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
