Job and Company Description:
As the Financial Accountant you will be responsible for assisting the Business Services Financial Controller and team in providing accurate and deadline focused consolidated financial reporting for the executive team. In addition, a significant degree of flexibility is essential to respond to the various needs and changing requirements of the business.
As the Accountant you will be responsible for:
- Preparation of monthly Profit and Loss statements for allocated support shops.
- Analysis and interpretation of monthly results to understand and monitor significant variances.
- Assisting with consolidated month-end reporting to ensure that all deadlines are met in a timely manner.
- Assistance with the consolidation of Global Financial Reporting documents.
- Assistance with consolidated Balance Sheet reporting and management.
- Completion and accurate reporting of weekly estimates.
- Preparation of multiple entity and Group annual financial statements in line with IFRS.
- BCom Accounting
- Completed Articles
- Accounting related qualifications (e.g., SAIPA, ACCA, CIMA)
