Role Purpose
Business Relationship Manager's (BRM)help integrate IT into the organization by fostering inter-departmental communication and collaboration in service of the business and IT goals. The purpose and primary mandate of this role will be concentrated around the following key dimensions:

Position and represent IT as a strategic, valued business partner

Business Related Qualifications
5 - 10 years work experience in IT, Finance, HR or BU's
Associated bachelor's degree will be an advantage
Deep knowledge, understanding and work experience of business and IT. at Momentum Group will be an advantage.
Duties & Responsibilities
Direct and co-ordinate business units on how to optimize their planning, communication and processes with their dependent Group Technology partners by establishing optimal and beneficial ways of work.
Facilitate the correct processes and entry points for business requirements to be executed by shared Group Technology services across the organization and actively and continuously managing expectations and delivery between both parties. Single point of contact.
Engage with project leads to ensure alignment of goals, initiatives and objectives for BU requirements are met.
Understand multi-year development roadmaps of BU's.
Be adaptable with requirements with change and transformation strategies at play in context of ever-changing environments for business and IT landscapes alike.
Collaborate with business leadership to evaluate joint initiatives and proposals to see how they align with established roadmaps.
Identify business value, with regards to capabilities, risk and business continuity.
Ensure initiatives are set up for success and align with the company's strategic objectives.
Report and engage continuously to business the status of IT service delivery regarding incidents, problems, changes, projects, service requests.
Communicate and understand business requirements and impacts related to IT alignment across Group Technology departments
