As part of our commitment to exceptional customer service and ongoing support, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team.The PositionAs part of our ongoing drive to improve and automate Business Processes, we are seeking an innovative and highly motivated Business Process Automation Architect to join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating documented workflows into intelligent, automated solutions that improve operational efficiency, visibility, and governance. Working closely with the Business Analyst and key stakeholders, this role will focus on the design, configuration, integration, and deployment of automated workflows using FlowCentric Processware, while embedding best practices for long-term BPM governance and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities1. Process Digitisation & Optimisation

• Map, standardise, and automate current manual workflows in collaboration with the Business Analyst.
• Design and implement dynamic routing, approval paths, and escalation rules.
• Apply process improvement methodologies to identify quick wins and long-term automation opportunities.

2. Workflow Configuration & Automation

• Build and configure end-to-end workflows within FlowCentric Processware (or equivalent BPM tool).
• Script solution logic using C# or VBScript where necessary to support custom automation scenarios.

3. System Integration

• Design and implement seamless data exchange between BPM and systems such as ERP, CRM, DMS, and other line-of-business platforms using APIs or web services.

3. Operational Reporting & Audit

• Create dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into process status, performance metrics, and compliance indicators.
• Set up audit logs, role-based access, and version control mechanisms.

4. Security, Governance & Change Enablement

• Collaborate on change-management strategies and user adoption plans.
• Establish and maintain a BPM governance framework with a focus on continuous improvement and cross-functional alignment.

5. Knowledge Transfer & Support

• Develop training materials, user guides, and admin manuals.
• Conduct structured knowledge-transfer sessions and handovers to internal teams.
• Provide go-live support and post-deployment hyper-care.

Ways of Working:

• Collaboration: Work daily with the Business Analyst, IT, and process owners on requirements, validation, and UAT.
• Autonomy: Lead the full workflow development lifecycle, with regular demo/showcase sessions.
• Knowledge Sharing: Drive internal capability-building through structured handovers and mentoring.

Candidate Requirements:
Essential:

• 2+ yearsxe2x80x99 experience in BPM or workflow automation.
• Strong hands-on proficiency with FlowCentric Processware or a similar BPM suite.
• Proficient in C# or VBScript for solution scripting.
• Proven success integrating BPM with ERP, CRM, and document management systems.
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills.

Desirable:

• 5+ years in enterprise software implementations.
• Experience in change management and user adoption.
• Experience conducting training, workshops, and mentoring client teams.
