About the Role
As Business Partner: Finance, you'll support the Head of Business Performance in delivering high-quality analytics and insights to the CFO and business leaders. This role sits at the intersection of finance and operations--translating data into strategy, supporting planning, and enabling decision-making at business unit, regional, and consolidated levels.

What You'll Do
Support budgeting and forecasting processes, building models and preparing presentations for Exco and Board.
Partner with business leaders as a trusted advisor on financial performance and cost management.
Develop and maintain a cost recovery and transfer pricing model.
Provide insights and analytics for financial reporting at BU and consolidated levels.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of revenue assurance and balance sheet substantiation.
Review and strengthen financial risk management, processes, and controls.
Approve daily certificate of balance accounts.
What You Bring
CA(SA) or CIMA qualification, with completed audit articles.
Membership with SAICA / CIMA or equivalent professional body.
6+ years' post-articles experience in business partnering, reporting, and strategy.
Strong IFRS/IAS knowledge, financial analysis, and insights generation.
Advanced Excel and SAP/SAP-BI skills.
Excellent communication, business acumen, and ability to manage ambiguity.
