What you will enjoy doing

As a manager, you will develop and execute supply chain and distribution strategies tailored to Africa's evolving infrastructure and market conditions and oversee end-to-end logistics Conduct market analysis to identify untapped opportunities and develop competitive strategies, including export solutions to meet regional demand and manage and negotiate international contracts while ensuring compliance with export standards and industry requirements Proactively develop and implement a robust project management framework to ensure programs are delivered with discipline and measurable outcomes You build, train, and manage high-performing supply chain and business development teams across diverse African geographies and cultivate a performance-driven culture focused on operational excellence, customer-centricity, and continuous improvement Additionally, you oversee the sales cycle for international transactions and drive initiatives that support diversity, inclusion, and local skills development, ensuring sustainable business practices

What makes you great

You possess a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering (Industrial Engineering preferred), or related field (master's degree is an advantage) You have gained at least 5 - 8 years of experience in supply chain, business development, and/or operations management, with exposure to African markets and managing export sales, negotiating international contracts, and understanding global trade regulations with practical experience with continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma) is essential Certification in lean six sigma Green/Black Belt, PMP is a strong advantage
