JOB DESCRIPTION:
1-Sales & Marketing experience with Agriculture/ Science education background.( Agriculture/ Science Graduates)
2. Experience in Agricultural fertilizer sales & marketing, is preferable.
3. Must have strong sales and collection skills.
4. Excellent negotiation, customer engagement and closure skills with basic field promotion knowledge.
5. Agricultural crop production and maintenance experience is an added advantage.
6. Agriculture crop nutrients, pest & disease management skills are the key preferred skills.
7. 10-15 years of Sales & Marketing experience in Agricultural fertilizer industry
8. Self-initiative, aggressive, experience in conducting field trials at end user level, floating effective revenue generating schemes and proactive actions on competition are value added inputs
9. Must achieve sales and collection targets as agreed with management.
10. Must have to handle all Agriculture fertilizer business related responsibilities .
