Role Overview:

As a Business Enabling Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in enabling an entire Main Department within the ZA Hub. Your responsibilities will span various categories, including Travel, Health & Safety, Facilities Management, Onboarding, Business & Compliance Administration, Customer Liaison, Operational Support, and Inter-Department Collaboration.

Essential Skills Requirements:

• Mastery of Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams)
• Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence
• End-to-end business administration expertise
• Implementation of governance processes & policies
• Accurate & timely reporting
• Outstanding organizational skills and multitasking abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills
• High stress tolerance levels
• Flexibility to tackle diverse tasks
• Willingness to guide and train colleagues when required

Advantageous Skills Requirements:

• Good understanding of IT Product Lifecycles
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Knowledge of procurement/purchasing processes
• Familiarity with various processes & policies (Purchasing, Travel, etc.)

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum: Matric Certificate with Mathematics and English First Additional Language
• 3-year tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of business/finance administration experience
