Tech Support Intern
to assist our Tender Coordination and Business Development teams. This internship offers a great opportunity for someone interested in the intersection of technology and business operations.
Job Summary:
You will support our teams by leveraging technology to improve our tender submission processes and business development activities. You will assist with automating workflows, managing digital tools and systems, and ensuring that we leverage technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy in every stage of the tender and business development cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Tech Support for Tender Coordination:
Assist in managing and maintaining tender documentation using digital platforms.
Support the automation of bid documentation workflows and tender submission tracking through project management and CRM software.
Help in developing and maintaining a digital repository for tender submissions, feedback, and documents for easy access and reporting.
Assist in the integration of tender-specific data into the company's systems (such as ERP and CRM tools) to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Tech Support for Business Development:
Help track and report on business development activities using CRM systems and project management tools.
Collaborate with the team to automate the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
Provide technical support for virtual client meetings, events, and webinars, ensuring smooth operations with software and tools.
Assist in the integration of digital tools for client relationship management and business analytics.
General Tech Support:
Provide support in maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving internal software tools used by the business development and tender coordination teams.
Assist with the monitoring of industry technology trends to identify tools and platforms that can streamline business development and tender processes.
Provide general administrative support to the team, ensuring systems and processes are well-organized and efficient.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong computer skills, especially in
Microsoft Office
(Excel, Word, PowerPoint); advanced Excel is a plus.
Familiarity with
CRM systems
,
project management tools
(e.g. Trello, Asana), and basic data analysis.
Comfortable working with
data
, reports, and digital platforms.
Bonus: exposure to
automation tools
(e.g. Zapier, Power Automate) or system integrations.
Good
communication

organizational
, and
problem-solving
skills.
Self-driven with a willingness to learn and contribute in a
tech-forward business environment

Currently studying or recently completed a
Diploma or Degree
in
Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration
, or a related field.
Prior experience with
business systems or tender processes
is helpful but not required.
