Job Description
RPO Recruitment's client, a reputable renewable energy firm in South Africa is currently seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager with solid experience in the renewable energy sector. This role focuses on managing incoming leads, nurturing client relationships, and progressing early-stage opportunities through the sales pipeline.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in solar PV, renewable energy sales, or related business development roles
- Strong understanding of solar solutions, system components, and customer needs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
- Reliable home office setup (laptop, internet, workspace)
- Based in Durban or Johannesburg
Salary: R180K CTC per annum with attractive bonus structure and flexible remote working arrangement
