Job Description

RPO Recruitment's client, a reputable renewable energy firm in South Africa is currently seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager with solid experience in the renewable energy sector. This role focuses on managing incoming leads, nurturing client relationships, and progressing early-stage opportunities through the sales pipeline.
Requirements:

  • Proven experience in solar PV, renewable energy sales, or related business development roles
  • Strong understanding of solar solutions, system components, and customer needs
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
  • Reliable home office setup (laptop, internet, workspace)
  • Based in Durban or Johannesburg
