What Youll Do
As our New Business Development Manager, your main mission is cold outreach. Youll be the first voice potential clients hear sparking interest, qualifying leads, and setting the stage for long-term partnerships.
Cold call key decision-makers at pharma, biotech, and medtech companies.
Qualify new opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
Conduct engaging intro calls with senior stakeholders and communicate our value clearly.
Collaborate with Account Executives to build call lists, test messaging, and refine targeting.
Keep your CRM pipeline sharp with updated call notes, lead statuses, and next steps.
Hit or exceed monthly KPIs for cold outreach, qualified meetings, and conversions.
Provide front-line feedback to marketing for improving campaign performance.

What You Bring
You're not afraid to pick up the phone, break the ice, and create opportunities out of thin air. You know how to turn a cold lead into a warm conversation and you thrive on the challenge.
Must-haves
25 years of experience in B2B sales or business development (SaaS, healthcare, or life sciences is a big plus)
Proven success in cold calling, outbound prospecting, and opening new accounts
Skilled in consultative selling, qualifying prospects, and handling objections with confidence
Strong written and verbal communication skills especially for cold emails and call scripts
Self-driven, organized, and motivated to exceed goals in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in English and fully comfortable working in a remote, digital setup
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
Nice-to-haves
Background in pharma, biotech, or medtech sales
Familiarity with Kixie, ClickUp, or similar sales enablement tools
Passion for visual storytelling, video content, or simplifying scientific communication
