Job Summary
Our client is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team in either Johannesburg or Dubai. This is a sales-driven role focused on acquiring new clients and expanding the business portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong hunter mentality, capable of driving growth and making an immediate impact. The position offers exciting growth potential, including the opportunity to build and lead a team as the business scales.
Responsibilities:
Drive new business acquisition and expand the company's client base
Achieve a monthly revenue target equivalent to three times the cost to company
Proactively seek out and secure new business opportunities
Represent the company professionally in client meetings and presentations
Contribute strategically to the company's business development initiatives
Potentially manage and grow a team as the business expands
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales or business development role
Proven experience in the logistics or related industries
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Confident, well-presented, and professional demeanor
Strong sales mindset with a proactive and aggressive approach to targets
Account management experience is an added advantage
