Duties & Responsibilities

Drive new business growth for fumigation, marine services, and pest control in KwaZulu-Natal. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Monitor market trends and ensure compliance with marine and fumigation regulations. Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and maintain accurate CRM records.

Skills and Competencies

Proven sales and business development experience in fumigation, marine services, and pest control Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to build lasting client relationships and deliver tailored solutions Knowledge of compliance regulations and marine safety standards Proficiency in CRM systems and reporting tools Results-driven with strong planning and organisational skills

Qualifications

Minimum: Grade 12 Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, or related field At least 6 years in sales or business development Proven success in fumigation, marine services, and pest control * Knowledge of compliance regulations and marine safety standards
