Effective negotiation and provision of category management services to clients|- Positive feedback from clients / no complaints - Swift resolutions of identified problems - Excellent alignment between consultant and client - Formal and informal feedback - Consultant Scorecard - 100% customer retention and referrals

Effective team work and self-management |- 100% adherence to procedures - Performance appraisals formal and informal feedback

Effective co-ordination, administration and recruitment of new Clients/Business|



Achievement of sales targets for services, applications and trainings|- Achievement of sales targets - Sound relationships measured via client retention and referrals, positive feedback and absence of negative feedback

Effective management of people|- Retention of strong performers - Formal and informal feedback - Performance appraisal documentation - Climate surveys (180's)



6-8 years' experience in any retail field, including but not limited to; marketing and sales analysts, Petroleum retail, Petroleum manufacturers and/or retail consultancy|

Preferably a tertiary qualification

Evaluating resource allocation

Networking and building relationships

Able to build and maintain strategic collaborative relationships with customers

Business Acumen

Good communication and Negotiation skills

Analytical Ability

Presentation and Decision making
