Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business and expand client accounts in clearing and forwarding
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients across international trade sectors
  • Understand client shipping needs and propose tailored import/export solutions
  • Negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements effectively
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth customs clearance and shipment delivery
  • Keep up to date with trade regulations, market trends, and competitor activity
Requirements:
  • Proven B2B sales or business development experience (clearing, forwarding, or international logistics)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of customs, import/export documentation, and regulations highly desirable
  • Target-driven, ambitious, and results-oriented
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
