Mindful Care is seeking a highly organized and proactive

Business Development Coordinator

to support our fast-paced Community Relations department. This individual will play a vital role in streamlining and optimizing the workflows of our Community Liaisons who operate across multiple markets. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about helping a mission-driven organization grow through strategic outreach and event engagement.

Key Responsibilities:





Administrative Support for Field Staff:



Manage and coordinate calendars, appointments, and meeting logistics for Community Liaisons. Ensure community outreach activities are well-organized and time efficient.

Lead CurationResearch:



Research and curate targeted lists of prospective referral sources (e.g., PCPs, therapists, clinics, hospitals, schools). Apply predefined criteria to qualify leads for outreach and track progress using the CRM system (Apollo or equivalent).

Event SourcingPlanning:



Identify and recommend relevant community events, health fairs, professional conferences, and networking opportunities across all markets. Handle event registrations, logistics coordination, and material preparation for liaisons attending events.

MeetingVisit Preparation:



Prepare pre-meeting briefs for liaisons, including background information on prospective partners. Draft introductory communications, follow-up templates, and coordinate post-visit documentation.

CRMData Management:



Maintain accurate lead lists and engagement records in the CRM. Monitor liaison activity progress and ensure timely updates are entered into the system.

CollaborationCommunication:



Serve as the central point of communication between liaisons and internal teams for scheduling, planning, and resource needs. Provide regular updates to the Director of Community Relations regarding lead generation progress and event schedules.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in healthcare, marketing, communications, public relations, or business administration. 2+ years of administrative, marketing, or sales support experience-healthcare experience preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM platforms (Apollo experience is a plus). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable conducting online research and evaluating opportunities based on strategic fit. Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and commitment to execution.

Schedule and Compensation:





Remote, Contract Monday-Friday 40 hours variable, Eastern Time Compensation: $4/hr USD
