Proven experience in B2B lead generation or sales development

What You'll Be Doing
You'll be responsible for generating and qualifying leads for our Business Development
team as well as having initial meetings to qualify clients. This is a frontline sales support role
and a perfect fit for someone hungry to build a long-term career in B2B sales.
Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and calls
Research and profile target companies in line with our ICP (Ideal Client Profile)
Engage C-suite and HR/Training decision-makers
Book discovery calls for senior sales representatives
Track all activity in our CRM.
Deliver on a daily and weekly lead quota--no exceptions
Attend virtual team check-ins and daily sales reporting
