Business Development - B2B Sales | B-BBEE Solutions
Location: Gauteng, Western Cape, KZN | Remote
Salary: R15 000 - R20 000 basic (experience-based) + Uncapped Commission
Type: Half day Position | Target-Focused with Strict KPIs
We are looking for a high-performance B2B sales professional who thrives under pressure, consistently meets measurable targets, and understands the difference between being busy and being effective. If you do not like accountability, structure, or working to weekly KPIs--this role is not for you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Generate and qualify leads for the Business Development team
• Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and calls
• Research and profile target companies in line with our ICP (Ideal Client Profile)
• Engage C-suite and HR/Training decision-makers
• Present solutions and book discovery calls for senior sales representatives
• Track all activity in our CRM
• Deliver on daily and weekly lead/sales quotas--no exceptions
• Attend virtual team check-ins and daily sales reporting
