Proven experience in
B2B sales and lead generation
Strong
presentation skills to corporate clients
Fluent, persuasive communicator--written and verbal
Comfortable using CRMs and digital sales tools
Self-motivated, target-driven, and thrives in a high-accountability environment
Fast learner, eager to understand client needs
What You'll Be Doing
Generate and qualify leads for the Business Development team
Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and calls
Research and profile target companies in line with our ICP (Ideal Client Profile)
Engage
C-suite and HR/Training decision-makers
Present solutions and book discovery calls for senior sales representatives
Track all activity in our CRM
Deliver on daily and weekly lead/sales quotas--no exceptions
Attend virtual team check-ins and daily sales reporting
