Location: (Hybrid / Remote) Jhb Bedford View / CT



Salary: R10 000 - R15 000 basic (experience-based) + Uncapped Commission



Type: Full-Time | Strict Performance KPIs



Could suit a fully remote option anywhere in SA.



Could suit a half day position

Proven experience in B2B lead generation or sales development Fluent, persuasive communicator--written and verbal Comfortable using CRMs Self-managed, goal-driven, and thrives in a high-accountability environment Fast learner, eager to understand You need constant supervision to get the job done You are uncomfortable being assessed against clearly defined weekly KPIs
What You'll Be Doing


You'll be responsible for generating and qualifying leads for our Business Development team as well as having initial meetings to qualify clients. This is a frontline sales support role and a perfect fit for someone hungry to build a long-term career in B2B sales. Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and calls Research and profile target companies in line with our ICP (Ideal Client Profile) Engage C-suite and HR/Training decision-makers Book discovery calls for senior sales representatives Track all activity in our CRM. Deliver on a daily and weekly lead quota--no exceptions Attend virtual team check-ins and daily sales reporting
