Role Overview


This role is responsible for driving organisational growth through strategic marketing execution, targeted sales activity and proactive stakeholder engagement. The associate will represent the organisation in schools, homeschool centres and key community networks, both in person across Africa and online.

The position requires vibrant energy, strong relationship-building ability, confident communication skills and a clear understanding of the education landscape.

Primary Responsibilities



Develop and implement marketing and outreach plans to increase brand visibility and enrolment conversions. Conduct in-person visits to schools, homeschool centres, educational networks and potential partners to present the organisation's offering. Host online presentations, information sessions and follow-up meetings with prospective families and stakeholders. Build and nurture long-term relationships with principals, educators, centre owners, parents and community partners. Identify, qualify and manage sales opportunities from first contact to conversion, ensuring consistent follow-up and communication. Represent the organisation at expos, conferences, community events, open days and strategic meetings. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align digital campaigns with field activity and ensure consistent messaging. Prepare professional proposals, presentations and supporting documents tailored to the audience. Conduct ongoing competitor analysis, market trends research and customer feedback assessments to guide strategic direction. Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, meetings and outcomes using CRM or tracking systems (Microsoft Excel). Provide weekly and monthly reports on stakeholder engagement, sales progress, partnership development and growth metrics.

Key Skills and Competencies



Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills, with the ability to engage confidently at all levels in English and Afrikaans. Proven sales ability, including pipeline management and closing skills. Excellent verbal and written communication with professional presentation capability. Highly organised, able to manage schedules, travel and follow-ups independently. A self-driven individual who can represent the organisation with professionalism and authenticity. Knowledge of the education sector, online learning, schooling environments, NPC collaboration and community-based programmes is an advantage. Ability to work strategically while maintaining consistent operational execution.

Performance Indicators



Growth in enrolment numbers through proactive sales and school engagement. Increase in partnerships with schools, centres and strategic community organisations. Number of visits, meetings and presentations conducted (in-person and online). Conversion rates from leads to enrolments or partnership agreements. Quality and consistency of stakeholder relationships and feedback.

competitive basic package plus uncapped commission

, with strong earning potential based on performance.
