We are looking for a Business Analytics & Insights Specialist to join Endress+Hauser South Africa. The Business Analytics & Insights Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving data-informed decision-making for E+H South Africa by delivering actionable insights through comprehensive reports and analysis.
This role supports the continuous improvement of sales performance and customer engagement by leveraging advanced analytics tools and aligning with Endress+Hauser's strategic transformation initiatives. The specialist is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing dashboards, reports, and mapping data models using tools such as Regiograph, Business Warehouse, Salesforce. They ensure data integrity and quality across CRM and ERP systems, enabling accurate and timely reporting that supports strategic sales planning and execution.
Which tasks will you perform?
Sales Performance Reporting

• Daily Rolling Forecast Sales Reports, House of Performance and Adhoc Sales Reports
• Weekly Commission Reports
• Monthly Representative Commission & Accrual Reporting
• Quarterly Sales & Margin with International Allocation Reports
• Support the development of reporting capabilities and KPIs for sales performance

Sales Insights Analysis

• Create visualizations and dashboards using Salesforce.com, SAP Analytics Cloud and Excel.
• Analyze sales data performance and market trends using tools such as Regiograph, SAP Business warehouse and Salesforce.com
• Develop through data mapping Regiograph reports and derive actionable insights
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support sales planning and forecasting.
• Identify opportunities for growth and process improvement through data insights in strategic measures such as growth of sense of urgency, quantity devices, gross profit.

Sales Excellence & Enablement

• Support the implementation of Sales Excellence initiatives,C360 process.
• Assist in Salesforce.com onboarding and training programs for the organization
• Support Sales Enablement initiatives such as Seismic, BAP Next Generation, PCN

Customer Experience & Digital Transformation

• Contribute to customer journey mapping and Voice of the Customer analytics.
• Support digital adoption and process optimization across sales functions

Sales Controlling

• Co-ordinate Representative Commission Reporting & Follow ups
• Monthly Representative Commission Accrual Reporting

What do we expect from you?
Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: Business Analytics, Data Science
Industrial Engineering (Instrumentation), Information Systems, Computer Science
Mathematics or related technical/scientific disciplines * 3-5 years in a business analytics, sales operations, or data analysis role.

• Experience in a technical sales or process automation environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems SAP, Salesforce and data visualization tools Tableau, Power BI.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Proficiency in SAP BW, PS1, BAP, Regiograph.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data visualization platforms.
• Experience with CRM systems and customer feedback tools, Qualtrics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
