We are taking on new fund ranges. We need your analytical mind and data-centric approach to help us bring these funds into our technology platform.


Initially the focus will be on mapping and transitioning core data such as, securities, holdings, valuations, classifications, analytics but the scope may increase to cover portfolio performance, portfolio risk as well as other vital parts of the investment data landscape.


Key Responsibilities



Delivery an efficient and accurate onboarding of the existing fund's data, achieved by:



Working in tandem with our data and process subject matter experts to understand the existing data model and data flows. Taking point on analysing the data from the current fund provider Providing detailed, accurate and actionable mappings for load these data sets into the existing data models and processes. To communicate progress, issues and risks clearly and on time.

Risk & Compliance Responsibilities:



Adhering to the Code of Ethics and related policies, including personal account dealing, gifts, market abuse, etc. Ensuring Compliance training, declarations and relevant forms are completed on a timely basis Ensuring that firm and client data and property, including IT data, are properly protected Reporting any possible and actual breaches, errors, complaints or conduct issues. Reporting any suspicion that a client, investor, or employee may be involved in money laundering, fraud or other crime such as market abuse

Technical Knowledge and Experience:



SQL Excel Other tools or experience relevant to the comparison and mapping of data

System / Domain Knowledge and Experience:



Previous experience as a Business Analyst


Financial Services knowledge


You must be familiar with financial data such as securities, holdings for Equities and Fixed Income

To contribute to a culture of collaboration between different teams in the IT department. To share knowledge, ideas, and best practices with other team members, to ensure consistency in approach to solutions. Ability to work autonomously within the framework of a self- organising team.
