, and will be responsible for
requirement gathering, process analysis, and business solutions implementation
.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to
analyze business requirements
and translate them into functional specifications.
Conduct
gap analysis
and recommend process improvements.
Work closely with
development teams
to ensure solutions align with business needs.
Create and maintain
requirement artifacts
such as
BRDs, FRDs, and use cases
.
Facilitate
workshops and stakeholder meetings
to gather insights.
Support
testing teams
in defining test cases and validating business requirements.
Ensure compliance with
insurance regulations and industry standards
.
Provide
training and documentation
for end-users.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5 to 8 years
of experience as a
Business Analyst
in the
insurance domain
.
Strong knowledge of
insurance products, underwriting, claims, and policy administration
.
Experience with
Agile methodologies
and
SDLC processes
.
Proficiency in
business process modeling tools
(e.g., Visio, BPMN).
Excellent
communication and stakeholder management skills
.
Ability to
analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
.
Experience with
insurance platforms
such as
Duck Creek, Guidewire, or similar
(preferred).
Bachelor's degree in
Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field
.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications such as
CBAP, Agile BA, or insurance-specific credentials
.
Exposure to
AI/ML-driven insurance analytics
.
Experience working with
global insurance clients
.
