Job Summary
Theyre seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to bridge business objectives and technical solutions for a global telematics platform processing over 450 million tracking records daily. Youll elicit and document user requirements, develop functional and technical specifications, and analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, data modeling, preparing reports and manuals, and supporting project management by enforcing deadlines and contributing to project plans. Youll collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation and guide QA processes, ensuring exceptional value for users.
This hybrid role, based in Cape Town, offers a mix of on-site collaboration and remote flexibility, empowering you to drive innovation and efficiency in a fast-paced, customer-centric team dedicated to outstanding service and continuous improvement..
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, ideally in SaaS, telematics, or technology sectors
Strong expertise in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and developing functional specifications
Proven experience managing stakeholder expectations across diverse backgrounds
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaboration with cross-functional teams
Analytical skills in data analysis, systems architecture, databases, and SDLC
Strong project management skills, including prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
Adaptable, proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with a results-driven attitude
Ability to handle ambiguity and maintain professionalism under pressure
Passion for technology and delivering exceptional customer service
Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
