Business Analyst
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and recommend solutions that deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions.
Develop use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
Work with development teams to ensure solutions meet requirements.
Conduct impact analysis and support change management.
Assist in testing, validation, and user training.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong skills in requirements gathering, process modeling, and stakeholder engagement.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Proficiency with BA tools (Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar).
