A progressive fintech company headquartered in Johannesburg is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join their onsite team. Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
4+ years experience in a Business Analyst or related role.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with BPMN, UML, process modeling, and business analysis frameworks.
Experience in test planning and supporting functional and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Knowledge of user journey design and impact mapping.
Exposure to ERP systems and fintech platforms (advantageous).
Nice to Have:
Understanding of DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with system integration, APIs, and software architecture.
Knowledge of user authentication and authorization concepts across systems.
